Two check-ins a day

Your days, understood.

Tap through a quick check-in each morning and evening. Kuro turns how you slept, how you feel and what you did into patterns you can actually see.

How it works

Three small habits. One clear picture.

Kuro takes a couple of minutes a day. The patterns build up on their own.

  1. Check in, morning and evening

About two minutes each. Tap one answer per question: how you slept, your energy, your mood. There’s nothing to type.

  2. Add what shaped your day

Coffee after 2pm, a run, time outside, a heavy meal, late-night screens. Each one is a single tap.

  3. See what repeats

Kuro pairs your mornings with your evenings and shows you the patterns, along with how sure it is.

Today

Your whole day on one calm screen

Your two check-ins, the week at a glance and the signals you’ve added, with today’s reading underneath. Kuro peeks in when a check-in is ready.

Log what shaped your day

Eight everyday signals, each with a couple of plain answers. Kuro lines them up against your check-ins, so you can see whether that late coffee really changes your sleep.

Ask Kuro

Ask what your patterns support

Ask why some mornings feel heavier or when you focus best. Kuro answers from the signals you choose to share, keeps your evidence apart from population patterns, and says how confident it is.
